Bighorn Metals Appoints Reno J. Calabrigo as Chief Executive Officer

Bighorn Metals Corp. has appointed Reno J. Calabrigo as chief executive officer, succeeding Kosta Tsoutsis, who has stepped down from the role and transitioned to a position on the board of directors.
Calabrigo, who is a current director of the company, will continue to serve on the board alongside his new executive responsibilities. Bighorn thanked Tsoutsis for his leadership during his tenure as chief executive and noted that the company looks forward to his continued guidance and involvement as a director.
With Calabrigo leading the executive team, the company stated that it is well positioned to pursue its strategic objectives and long-term vision.
Bighorn holds an option to acquire the 1,656.73-hectare Loljuh Property in the Omineca Mining Division of central British Columbia. The property consists of a single claim located 40 kilometres south of Smithers and 32 kilometres west of Houston, and is prospective for porphyry copper-gold mineralization.
Previous geochemical work across the plateau area outlined anomalous gold and copper in soil, while rock sampling and aeromagnetic surveys identified alteration zones and anomalous metal values. Bighorn recently completed additional fieldwork on the property, comprising ground mapping, geological prospecting and sampling, alongside systematic grid establishment over the plateau, the Loljuh area, and the Bornite Zone.
The company plans to complete a further exploration program at the Loljuh property this year, as recommended in a recent technical report.
