Blade Resources Secures Final Canadian Securities Exchange Listing Approval

Blade Resources Inc. has received final approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange to list its common shares for public trading under the symbol AZCU.
The common shares are expected to commence trading on the exchange at market open on or about September 14, 2026. The Canadian exploration company maintains 30,576,057 common shares issued and outstanding, with no change to its capitalization in connection with the listing. Existing shareholders are not required to take any action.
Blade focuses on the development of the Hot Breccia copper-gold porphyry project, located near Hayden, Arizona. The asset comprises 227 unpatented mining claims situated within the Arizona porphyry copper province.
Historic exploration across the property was conducted between 1972 and 1981 by Bear Creek Mining, then a Kennecott subsidiary, in a venture with Conoco Inc. That historical work identified porphyry copper skarn mineralization across multiple drill holes and confirmed the presence of a mineralized Laramide age porphyry system, with grade and tonnage yet to be determined.
