The northwest-to-southeast trending structure sits within bedrock and is not visible at the surface. Geological interpretation indicates the break coincides with a magnetic low anomaly from a 2024 magnetic survey completed on the property and runs roughly parallel to electromagnetic conductors identified from historical VTEM surveys. These co-located features are interpreted to represent graphitic faults that may serve as vital pathways for mineralizing fluids, providing the accommodation space and reducing conditions necessary to trap and precipitate uranium.

The geological significance of the structure centres on its potential role as a plumbing system, featuring open spaces and low-pressure zones where the mixing of hydrothermal fluids could occur.

The Wales Lake Project comprises the Britt Lake, Brazier South, and North Agar claim groups located in the southwestern Athabasca Basin. The property is positioned 30 kilometres south of the Arrow and Triple R uranium discoveries and 10 kilometres south of uranium mineralization encountered in a discovery drill hole by F4 Uranium.

"We're very excited to discuss the geological importance of the tectonic break at the Wales Lake Uranium Project. The tectonic break extends through two of our claims, providing the Company with ample opportunity to further explore its potential. We are thrilled to drive further advancement in the coming months."

— Casey Forward, Chief Executive Officer & Director

Following the identification of this structural corridor, Blast Resources plans continued geological and geophysical exploration focused specifically on evaluating the tectonic break across the claim groups.

The stock is currently trading at $0.33, up 6.45%.
