Blende Silver Corp. has opened a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to $2,500,000 in gross proceeds through a combination of flow-through and non-flow-through units.

The financing structure offers up to 6,000,000 flow-through units priced at $0.25 each and up to 5,000,000 non-flow-through units priced at $0.20 each. Every unit issued under the offering includes one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant allows the holder to buy an additional common share at an exercise price of $0.30 for two years following the closing date. All warrants attached to the placement are non-flow-through securities.

Financing proceeds designated from the flow-through units will fund eligible Canadian exploration expenses categorized as flow-through mining expenditures on the company’s flagship Blende Project in north-central Yukon. Blende Silver intends to renounce these qualifying exploration expenses to subscribers with an effective date no later than December 31, 2026. Meanwhile, funds raised from the non-flow-through units will be allocated toward advancing the property and supporting general working capital requirements.

The private placement remains subject to formal approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. All securities issued under the offering will carry a statutory hold period of four months and one day in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws. The company may also pay finder's fees on the transaction based on exchange policies, and insiders of Blende Silver are permitted to participate in the placement.

The capital raise coincides with operational preparations at the silver-zinc-lead asset, where field crews are mobilizing to test priority 3D induced polarization chargeability anomalies. The initial drill holes are expected to begin within approximately 10 days of August 19, 2026, targeting the Central Zone corridor situated between the established West Zone and East Zone deposits.

Exploration and operational activities at the 100%-owned property are supported by a Class 3 Quartz Mining Land Use Approval granted by the Yukon Department of Energy, Mines and Resources in July 2026. That permit secures a five-year operating window valid through July 12, 2031.

The 5,345-hectare property covers a winter-road-accessible project area located approximately 63 km northeast of Keno Hill. Past exploration on the project totals more than $9.2 million, including $5.2 million spent by Blende Silver across 25,195 metres of drilling in 132 drill holes.
