Blossom Gold Delivers Initial Rosebud Bottle Roll Results and Appoints Metallurgical Advisor

Blossom Gold Inc. has received initial bottle roll test results for the first five intervals across three drill holes at its Rosebud Open-Pit Heap-Leach Project in Pershing County, Nevada, establishing baseline recovery characteristics.
The test work, conducted by Kappes, Cassiday and Associates in Reno, evaluated PQ core intervals representing major host rocks. The tests showed an average estimated recovery for oxidized material at a 25-millimetre crush of 73% for gold and 63% for silver. For fresh rock at the same crush size, average estimated recovery reached 36% for gold and 40% for silver, alongside 1.47% sulfides.
Additional forensic testing, including cyanide shake tests and roasting, indicated that sulfide characteristics in fresh rock intervals are slowing extraction. Standard tests confirmed samples are free of carbon preg-robbing, with low mercury and copper concentrations.
To oversee ongoing testing, Blossom has appointed Jim Wickens as metallurgical advisor. Wickens brings over 40 years of operating experience, including roles with Placer Dome, Barrick, and Augusta Gold.
“Minerals are found. Mines are made,” said Rick Winters, Blossom’s CEO. “It is very good to get the first leach results from the Rosebud deposit as a heap leach opportunity. We received good information to focus on a one-inch crush with agglomeration, which is what we have always assumed.”

The program supports evaluation of Rosebud as an open-pit heap-leach operation. The project hosts an inferred mineral resource of 70.755 million tons grading 0.62 grams per ton gold and 6.49 grams per ton silver, constrained within an open-pit shell on public lands approved for technical drilling under a U.S. Bureau of Land Management Notice of Intent.
Initial column leach test results and further bottle roll data for remaining sample intervals are expected in the fourth quarter of 2026. Underground infill drilling is also scheduled for the fourth quarter to upgrade resource classifications and provide additional bulk material for the metallurgical program.
