Blue Star Gold Corp. has intersected a gold system over an unconstrained 300-metre strike length at shallow depths during Phase 2 exploration drilling at the Auma Project in Nunavut’s High Lake Belt.

Initial assay results from the Bamako prospect included drill hole 26ABD003, which intercepted 8.0 metres of 2.65 grams per tonne gold from 22.9 metres downhole, including 3.4 metres grading 3.33 grams per tonne. Additional intervals in the same hole returned 2.0 metres grading 9.44 grams per tonne and 1.9 metres grading 16.74 grams per tonne.

Drill hole 26ABD005 returned 2.0 metres grading 10.60 grams per tonne gold from 57.2 metres downhole—including a 0.5-metre interval of 39.1 grams per tonne with visible gold—along with 2.1 metres grading 3.47 grams per tonne. Hole 26ABD001 returned 1.0 metre grading 5.20 grams per tonne and 2.4 metres grading 2.76 grams per tonne. Hole 26ABD002 returned 1.3 metres grading 1.26 grams per tonne. Hole 26ABD004 tested the northern portion of the trend, returning 0.8 metres grading 2.39 grams per tonne. All reported intervals are down-hole lengths.

Blue Star expanded the Auma Project landholding to 11,794 hectares in February 2026. The company's wider portfolio includes the Ulu Gold Project, which hosts a Measured and Indicated Mineral Resource of 2.204 million tonnes at an average grade of 7.87 grams per tonne gold.

“Compilation work by the exploration team led to expansion of the Auma project to district-scale earlier this year. The potential for both gold and critical minerals resulted in early drill planning to test both gold and critical minerals discovery targets,” said Grant Ewing, CEO of Blue Star. “These initial drill results are encouraging, confirming a significant gold system at Bamako over the 300 metres of drill-tested strike. Follow-up drilling is underway as we continue to evaluate the potential for Auma to develop into a new gold resource centre in the High Lake Belt.”

Follow-up drilling is currently underway at the Auma Project to evaluate parallel and link structures. The technical team will generate a geological and structural model post-season to direct further work programmes in 2027.
