Bold Ventures Inc. has intersected 3.96 g/t gold over 2.28 metres, including 11.4 g/t gold over 0.69 metres, from diamond drilling at its Wilcorp Property located approximately 12 kilometres east of Atikokan, Ontario.

The winter-spring drill program comprised seven holes totaling 807 metres, targeting the Eagle Prospect in the northwestern sector of the property and an induced polarization trend with a new showing in the southern sector. Hole WC-26-03 tested beneath historical trenches at the Eagle Prospect and intersected a mineralized quartz vein containing pyrite, arsenopyrite, and chalcopyrite from 79.4 to 81.68 metres. An additional anomalous interval of 1.64 g/t gold over 1.0 metre was returned further downhole from 85.0 metres.

Drilling at the Eagle Prospect confirmed the presence of two separate gold zones at depth beneath historical surface trenches. Hole WC-26-04 targeted the southern zone and intersected 1.7 g/t gold over 2.15 metres from 25.0 metres and 1.53 g/t gold over 1.0 metre from 34.0 metres. Hole WC-26-07 intersected 1.06 g/t gold over 1.0 metre from 19.0 metres along a gold trend located approximately 100 metres across strike to the south of the trenches. Holes WC-26-05 and WC-26-06 returned no significant gold values.

In the southern portion of the property, holes WC-26-01 and WC-26-02 tested a copper-silver-gold showing and induced polarization anomaly. While the drilling intersected no significant copper, silver, or gold mineralization matching surface sulphide stringers, hole WC-26-01 returned nickel and chromium anomalies of 0.04% nickel and 0.04% chromium over 9.0 metres from 19.0 metres, indicating the potential influence of a mafic intrusive mineralizing system.

Beyond the Wilcorp project, Bold Ventures holds mineral rights and a 10 percent carried interest in the Black Horse Chromite Deposit located within the Ring of Fire region of Northern Ontario. Road construction activity has commenced toward the region, with provincial officials and local First Nations marking the start of work on the Marten Falls Community Access Road and at the southern gateway providing access to the Ring of Fire road network.

The company has also been active across its wider portfolio. Bold Ventures scheduled diamond drilling to commence in the coming weeks at its Traxxin gold project to target a high-grade vein intersected in hole TX-26-02 and a parallel shear zone.
