Bold Ventures Receives Rising Star Award at CenCan

Bold Ventures Inc. has received the 2026 Rising Star Award at the Central Canada Resource Expo in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
Presented jointly by CenCan and Mining Life & Exploration News, the award honours junior mining entities demonstrating strong promise as future leaders and producers across Northwestern Ontario.
Alongside the industry recognition, Bold continues active exploration across its portfolio. At the Burchell Base and Precious Metals Project, the company completed four diamond drill holes totalling 669 metres near the 111 Zone. A total of 663 core samples from this program have been submitted to the laboratory for analysis, with assay results currently pending.
Further north, Bold holds a 10% carried interest through to production in the Black Horse Chromite deposit, which forms part of the Koper Lake Project situated within Northern Ontario’s emerging Ring of Fire region.
Reflecting on the milestone, David Graham, CEO of Bold, stated:
“We are excited to have received the Rising Star Award and would like to thank CenCan and Mining Life & Exploration News for this honour. This recognition is a reward for our team's dedication and commitment. We also applaud and congratulate the Ford Government of Ontario for their recognition of the importance of mining to Ontario's economy. We expect that the socio-economic developments resulting from these efforts will be far reaching over the coming decades.”
Previous recipients of the award include Kinross Gold Corporation in 2024 and Gold X2 Mining Inc. in 2025.
