Bonterra Resources Inc. has fully repaid a C$5,000,000 non-revolving credit facility originally advanced under a March 23, 2026 agreement with Wexford Capital LP and its affiliates.

To discharge the debt, the company paid an aggregate total of C$5,361,469.86, which covered the full principal amount, accrued interest, and a C$100,000 commitment fee. The credit facility carried an annual interest rate of 8.00% plus the six-month Secured Overnight Financing Rate term rate. Bonterra settled all accrued interest and commitment fees in cash rather than issuing common shares.

The original proceeds from the facility were used to fund eligible exploration and development expenditures on the Desmaraisville property and to indemnify shareholders for taxes connected to previous flow-through share offerings. Bonterra funded the repayment using proceeds from its guaranteed rights offering, which closed on August 31, 2026, with gross proceeds of C$20,418,526.68.

Bonterra holds a 100% ownership interest in the Desmaraisville South Project, which encompasses the Bachelor and Moroy deposits alongside the Bachelor Mill. Following its diamond drill campaign, the company plans to complete further exploration programs at the project by year-end 2026.

Bonterra shares are currently trading at $0.13, up 4.00% on September 2, 2026.
