Brazilian Critical Minerals Limited has completed a public informative hearing at the Apuí Municipal Chamber in Amazonas, Brazil, marking a key step in securing land access for its flagship Ema Rare Earth Project.

The hearing, held on 9 September 2026, formed part of the formal protocol required by Brazil’s National Institute for Colonization and Agrarian Reform (INCRA) for proposed activities on federal settlement land. Securing INCRA consent represents the final land-related document required by the Environmental Protection Institute of Amazonas (IPAAM) to advance the ongoing environmental licensing process.

The project area spans seven rural properties within the application area. Two landowners currently hold definitive titles, while five are progressing through the formal land regularisation process with assistance from the company. In addition to securing titles, Brazilian Critical Minerals is finalising compensation arrangements for the use of the federal land before submitting the documentation to INCRA in Brasília for formal consent.

Managing Director Andrew Reid noted the operational significance of the milestone for the ionic adsorption clay project, which is designed to use an in-situ recovery method.

The company has already lodged the required mineral-title regularity letter with the Federal Mines Department as part of the broader regulatory workflow leading toward commercial development.
