Breakthrough Minerals Limited has intersected 5 metres at 3.75% CuEq from 251 metres in the northernmost hole drilled to date at the Turpentine deposit in North Queensland.

Assay results from three new resource expansion holes at Turpentine have extended the interpreted mineralised system further north beyond the existing resource model. Hole 26TUR009 returned 14 metres at 1.57% CuEq from 251 metres, including the high-grade interval of 5 metres at 3.07% copper and 0.84 g/t gold from 252 metres.

Hole 26TUR004 intersected 9 metres at 1.59% CuEq from 262 metres, including 5 metres at 2.62% CuEq from 263 metres, alongside two additional down-hole zones of 4 metres at 0.76% CuEq and 9 metres at 0.42% CuEq. Hole 26TUR008 returned 24 metres at 0.46% CuEq from 271 metres, including a 3-metre section at 0.99% CuEq.

The Turpentine deposit forms part of the North Queensland Copper-Gold Project, which Breakthrough acquired 100% in March 2026 from subsidiaries of Aeris Resources Limited. Turpentine is the company's largest asset, accounting for more than half of its total copper-equivalent resource inventory with an inferred mineral resource of 8.7 million tonnes at 1.16% CuEq for 101,000 tonnes of contained copper equivalent.

In May 2026, the company raised A$5.15 million via a placement of 30,294,118 ordinary shares at A$0.17 per share to fund its expanded ~10,000-metre drilling campaign across the portfolio.

Drilling is scheduled to recommence next week with a dedicated reverse circulation rig targeting further northern extensions at Turpentine. Assay results from the ongoing program are expected from early October 2026. Breakthrough also plans an approximate 2,500-metre reverse circulation drilling program across the broader Hazel Creek Copper-Gold Project, targeting Turpentine South, Eight Mile Creek North, and Eight Mile Creek East.
