BULGOLD Inc. incurred a net loss of $256,437, equating to $0.00 per share, for the six months ended June 30, 2026. That result compares with a net comprehensive loss of $152,428, or $0.01 per share, reported for the corresponding six-month period ended June 30, 2025.

The gold exploration company held cash and cash equivalents of $817,147 as of June 30, 2026. That figure represents an increase from the $255,401 held in cash and cash equivalents twelve months prior on June 30, 2025. Issued and outstanding shares rose to 72,626,013 at the close of the period, compared with 27,597,928 shares reported on June 30, 2025.

The company controls a 100% interest in three quartz-adularia epithermal gold projects located in the Bulgarian and Slovak portions of the Western Tethyan Belt. Those assets comprise the Lutila Gold Project in central Slovakia, alongside the Kostilkovo Gold Project and the Kutel Gold Project in Bulgaria. Management views the portfolio as holding potential for high-grade, low-sulfidation epithermal gold mineralization with favorable metallurgical characteristics.

Prior to filing its interim financial statements and management's discussion and analysis, BULGOLD completed an exploration diamond drilling campaign at the Lutila project in July 2026. The program comprised four drill holes totaling 780.05 meters of drilling.

Following the completion of site work, the company dispatched all drill core samples alongside mapping and prospecting rock samples to SGS Burgas in Bulgaria for analysis. BULGOLD expects to receive final assay results from the Lutila drilling program in the latter half of August 2026.
