Bunker Hill Intersects 24.43 oz/ton Silver Equivalent at Cate-8 and Draws US$2M
Bunker Hill Mining Corp. has intersected combined silver-equivalent metal grades up to 24.43 oz/ton (837.74 g/t AgEq) in ongoing underground exploration drilling at the Cate-8 zone within the Bunker Hill Mine in northern Idaho.
Drill hole BHP26-24 returned 3.2 feet at 6.78 oz/ton AgEq, including 0.7 feet grading 15.7 oz/ton silver, 33.7% lead, and 1.1% zinc for 23.89 oz/ton AgEq. Additional underground channel sampling from a newly completed drift on the Cate-8 zone cut 46 feet of continuous lead-silver mineralization. The ongoing drilling program has expanded the Cate-8 mineralized system to over 1,100 feet along strike and 1,250 feet downdip.
The Bunker Hill Mine serves as the company's flagship asset located in northern Idaho's Silver Valley, currently advancing toward commercial production expected by the end of 2026.
To support working capital and operations during the ongoing ramp-up, Bunker Hill drew an additional US$2,000,000 from its standby credit facility with Teck Metals Ltd.

The technical team is utilizing data from the ongoing program to update the Cate-8 Exploration Target Estimate, which models 522k tons at a grade of 5.34 oz/ton AgEq for 2.79 million ounces of silver-equivalent metal at a 50 g/t AgEq cut-off grade. Bunker Hill plans to complete an initial resource estimate for the Cate-8 zone by the end of 2026.
