Buxton Resources Limited has completed downhole electromagnetic surveying across its maiden diamond drilling program at the 100%-owned Madman Project in Western Australia, refining the position of an untested off-hole conductor.

The program comprised two diamond holes, MD002DD and MD003DD, totalling 1,367.05 metres across July and August 2026 within the Paterson Orogen. Final modelling of the combined dataset places the target approximately 250 metres north-northeast of hole MD003DD, with plate solutions ranging in size from 400 by 400 metres up to 1,000 by 1,000 metres and moderate modelled conductance between 400 and 1,000 Siemens.

This updated position follows earlier downhole electromagnetic surveying of hole MD002DD, which previously estimated the conductor approximately 350 metres north of the hole with a modelled conductance ranging from 200 to 1,000 Siemens.

To test the anomaly, Buxton has designed a follow-up drill hole collared at the existing MD003DD drill pad, oriented at -70 degrees toward 015 degrees to a planned depth of 800 metres. McKay Drilling has confirmed rig availability to mobilise to site starting from late September 2026.

Assay results from drill hole MD003DD are anticipated in October 2026, alongside ongoing preparations for ground gravity and ground electromagnetic surveys subject to heritage work program reviews.
