C3 Metals Inc. has returned broad copper intervals from three additional drill holes at its Khaleesi copper project in southern Peru, extending mineralization along section lines KHZ5950 and KHZ5750.

Drill hole KHZ5825-004 intersected a 119.5-metre zone of diorite grading 0.30% copper equivalent from a vertical depth of approximately 48 metres. This interval reported 0.24% copper, 0.035 g/t gold, 0.79 g/t silver and 47 ppm molybdenum. Further downhole, the same drill hole intersected a 164.6-metre zone of pyroxene and magnetite skarn from approximately 280 metres vertical depth, grading 0.28% copper, 0.028 g/t gold, 0.93 g/t silver and 51 ppm molybdenum, equating to 0.35% copper equivalent.

The latest results confirm mineralization to a vertical depth of approximately 500 metres across an east-west dimension exceeding 500 metres. C3 Metals initiated the first-ever drilling campaign at the greenfield property in December 2025, completing approximately 15,100 metres across 33 holes to date. The project is situated 8 kilometres west of the company's Jasperoide project.

Recent drone magnetic and gravity surveys covering an initial 900 hectares demonstrated a strong correlation with magnetite skarn-hosted copper mineralization. Following these results, C3 Metals expanded the survey area by an additional 600 hectares, representing an increase of over 65%.

A 3D induced polarisation geophysical survey, delayed due to contractor equipment import issues, is scheduled to commence before the end of September and conclude during the fourth quarter to help identify potential porphyry sources and causative intrusives. Surface mapping and soil sampling across the broader project area are also progressing toward completion in the fourth quarter.

Meanwhile, regional activity in the district includes recent high-grade copper-gold-silver assay results from drill holes CB-229 and CB-230 at the Cotabambas project reported by Panoro Minerals Ltd., which shares the copper commodity with Khaleesi.
