Cadillac Mines Corporation has returned 2.13 grams per tonne gold over an estimated true width of 38.2 metres in hole KAD26-397 as part of its ongoing infill drilling program at the Kerr-Addison project in Virginiatown, Ontario.

The company released assay results from the first 29 infill diamond drill holes, totaling 11,569 metres out of a planned 17,850 metres of drilling within the open pit resource. The program is targeting extensions of lesser-drilled mineralized footwall zones inside the open pit resource.

Other highlight results include hole KAD26-428T, which intersected 3.08 grams per tonne gold over 22.7 metres, including 5.26 grams per tonne over 6.4 metres. Hole KAD26-465 returned 7.44 grams per tonne gold over 3.7 metres, including 62.48 grams per tonne over 0.8 metres.

The drilling is designed to upgrade inferred resources to indicated categories and convert material previously modelled as waste into mineral resources, which is expected to reduce the overall in-pit strip ratio. The infill diamond drilling program is scheduled to conclude by mid-September 2026. Existing drill rigs are then expected to be redeployed from the Kerr-Addison infill program to the Larder project later in the third quarter of 2026.

“These initial drill results continue to highlight the significant opportunity we have to add additional high-quality mineral resources within the Kerr Open Pit.” Mr. Howes continued “Our 2026 drill optimization program at Kerr, will continue to target new areas and better define known footwall structures within the pit, as well as targeting new ounces and mineralization in our step-out program immediately to the northeast of known resource blocks. There are currently 11 diamond drill rigs operating on the properties”

— Rick Howes, Chief Executive Officer

The drilling activity follows corporate developments that include Cadillac Mines securing approximately $440 million in gross proceeds through an upsized initial public offering and concurrent private placement, which featured a $60 million investment from Agnico Eagle Mines Limited. The company also expanded its Abitibi land position through the acquisition of Pan American Silver Corp.’s Larder property, encompassing the Bear, Cheminis, and Fernland deposits.
