Canada Nickel Company Inc. has filed independent National Instrument 43-101 technical reports on SEDAR+ supporting the initial mineral resource estimate for its 100% owned Nesbitt Nickel Sulphide Project and an updated mineral resource estimate for the 100% owned Deloro Nickel Sulphide Project, both located near Timmins, Ontario.

The filings confirm the resource estimates previously disclosed in July 2026. The initial resource for Nesbitt established the project as the company's ninth deposit in the Timmins Nickel District, containing 176 million tonnes at 0.23% nickel for 0.41 million tonnes of contained metal.

The updated resource for Deloro, located 8 kilometres south of Timmins near established regional mining infrastructure, increased indicated resources by 46% to 0.3 million tonnes of contained nickel and lifted inferred resources by 39% to 1.2 million tonnes of contained nickel compared to the initial estimate published in July 2024, which outlined 81 million tonnes of indicated resources containing 202 thousand tonnes of nickel and 357 million tonnes of inferred resources containing 885 thousand tonnes.

Caracle Creek International Consulting Inc. prepared both technical reports, which carry an effective date of July 23, 2026, and were issued on September 8, 2026. Stephen J. Balch, vice president of exploration for Canada Nickel and a qualified person under NI 43-101, reviewed and approved the scientific and technical information.

Canada Nickel is advancing a portfolio of 12 nickel properties in the Timmins region, anchored by its flagship Crawford Nickel-Cobalt Sulphide Project. Regional exploration across the district includes ongoing drilling at the Reid Nickel Sulphide Project, which shares the same nickel commodity.
