Canadian Copper Inc. has raised $3,181,250 in gross proceeds after Ocean Partners UK Limited elected to early exercise 12,725,000 warrants in the company.

The transaction eliminates Canadian Copper's outstanding debt of US$2 million, strengthening the balance sheet. Following the early exercise, Ocean Partners' ownership in Canadian Copper increases to 21.3%.

Looking ahead to upcoming capital milestones, the company has approximately 23,685,200 warrants remaining from its November 13, 2025 financing. Those warrants carry an exercise price of $0.25 and are scheduled to expire on November 12, 2026. Under the terms of the private placement, the remaining warrants are subject to an accelerated exercise clause that triggers if Canadian Copper's share price exceeds $0.30 for ten consecutive trading days on a volume-weighted average price basis, though this clause has not yet been triggered.
