Canadian Critical Minerals Inc. has submitted the Project Description and proposed Information Requirements Table for the Bull River Mine Legacy Stockpile Project to the British Columbia Major Mines Office.

Submitted on July 16, 2026, the filing initiates the regulatory review process for permit amendments to enable the processing of approximately 155,000 tonnes of mineralized material stored on the surface at the Bull River Mine. The project utilizes existing site infrastructure without requiring new underground development. The company has retained Ensero Solutions to lead the Joint Permit Amendment Application and supporting technical studies.

Alongside the permitting progress, Canadian Critical Minerals has reengaged JDS Energy & Mining Inc. to complete a Preliminary Economic Assessment for the Bull River Mine project within 120 days. JDS originally began work on the assessment in February 2022 before suspending it in July 2022 when copper metal prices fell from US$4.50 per pound to US$3.35 per pound. With improved pricing conditions for copper, gold and silver, the company anticipates a more robust economic assessment despite projected cost increases.

The regulatory filing follows the approval of 30-year term renewals for two mining leases at the property by the British Columbia Ministry of Mining and Critical Minerals in June 2026, extending tenure through 2052 and 2053.
