Canadian Goldfields Discovery Corp. has completed its inaugural diamond drill program at the Swayze Central Gold Project in Ontario, totaling 1,422 metres across six holes.

Drilling focused on resistivity and chargeability anomalies near the Michelle Zone, building on historical exploration data. The company also completed a soil geochemical survey, collecting 1,808 B-horizon samples over approximately 113 line-kilometres. Assay results from both programs are pending.

Canadian Goldfields acquired the project in May 2026 through an amalgamation with Newton Gold Corp. The company's shares traded up 10.53% to $0.21 on September 2, 2026.
