Canuc Launches Major Airborne Gravity Survey at East Sudbury Project
Canuc Resources Corporation has officially begun flying an airborne Gravity Gradiometer, Magnetic, and LiDAR survey spanning nearly 2,000 line-kilometres across its 100% owned East Sudbury Project in Ontario, Canada.
Bell Geospace is executing the survey using its Full Tensor Gradiometer to map deep geological structures across the ~200 km2 land package. The program is designed to sharpen the understanding of the McLaren Lake Fault and three sub-parallel faults on the property, while uncovering previously unmapped subsurface structures to help identify large-scale drill targets. The survey builds directly on a seismic program completed in July 2026 along the McLaren Lake Fault by OptiSeis Solutions Ltd. and Natural Resources Canada.

Canuc plans to integrate the resulting data with historical regional information, past-producing mine locations, and the recent seismic results for AI-driven analysis. Canuc expects delivery of Bell Geospace's Full Tensor Gradiometer, magnetic data, and enhanced interpretation products.

Canuc plans to conduct follow-up drilling on high-value gravity anomalies identified by the survey.
