Carbon Streaming Corporation ended the second quarter of 2026 with $36.69 million in cash and no corporate debt, down from $39.15 million at the close of 2025.

For the three months ended June 30, 2026, Carbon Streaming reported an operating loss of $2.47 million, widening from an operating loss of $1.79 million recorded in the same period of 2025. Total net loss for the recent quarter reached $2.8 million.

During the period, the company received $1.06 million in aggregate cash proceeds to fully satisfy repayment arrangements related to the Amazon Portfolio Royalty with Future Carbon International LLC, terminating the royalty in accordance with its terms.

Meanwhile, an agreement to sell the Community Carbon Stream and associated carbon credit inventory for $6.0 million terminated after the buyer failed to make the required closing payment. Carbon Streaming retained a $0.1 million non-refundable deposit, leaving the underlying stream in full force and effect.

Arbitration proceedings against Will Solutions Inc. before ADR Chambers International regarding the terminated Sustainable Community Stream remain ongoing as the company seeks to recover its $4.0 million upfront deposit.
