Carolina Rush Corporation has expanded its 100%-owned Jefferson Project in Chesterfield County, South Carolina, by executing nine new mineral lease agreements covering 2,524 acres adjacent to the west and northwest of the Brewer Gold-Copper Project.

The transaction increases the active Jefferson footprint from a single historical lease covering 44 acres to a total of ten leases spanning 2,568 acres. Combined with the 912-acre Brewer property, the agreement establishes a contiguous 3,480-acre land package.

Under the terms of the agreements, eight of the ten new leases require no annual lease payments for the first ten years and carry future production royalties, while two leases require annual payments without royalties. All ten agreements grant Carolina Rush exclusive mineral exploration and property purchase rights.

The expanded ground provides additional scope to assess deeper porphyry copper-gold targets and near-surface epithermal gold targets as part of the company's district-scale geological interpretation. Carolina Rush noted that sufficient exploration has not yet been completed to determine whether mineralization identified at Brewer extends onto the Jefferson acreage.

The Brewer Project is currently being explored in partnership with OceanaGold Corporation under an earn-in agreement of up to US$20 million. Under the partnership terms, OceanaGold is required to fund exploration expenditures totaling US$8 million by December 31, 2027, to earn a 50% interest in the asset. The Brewer property hosts an Indicated mineral resource of 6.2 million tonnes grading 0.97 g/t gold and 0.12% copper, alongside an Inferred resource of 8.8 million tonnes grading 0.74 g/t gold and 0.04% copper.

“Recent drilling at Brewer materially improved our understanding of the gold-copper system and reinforced the importance of western-northwestern targeting. Securing 2,500 additional acres gives Carolina Rush a much larger land position while preserving capital for exploration. More than 90% of Jefferson Project land has no annual lease-fee requirement for the next decade. We believe this is a disciplined expansion that strengthens the Company's long-term exposure to both porphyry copper-gold and epithermal gold opportunities across the greater Brewer district.”
