Cascadia Minerals Ltd. has intersected 52.84 metres grading 1.04% copper and 0.37 g/t gold (1.45% copper equivalent), including a higher-grade interval of 11.68 metres at 2.59% copper and 0.98 g/t gold (3.65% copper equivalent), in ongoing drilling at the Carmacks copper-gold project in central Yukon.

Hole CD-26-050, drilled at the Zone 2000S area, returned the strong intercept approximately 70 metres north of previous drilling and 111 metres north of the historical boundary defining the existing Mineral Resource. Drilling at Zone 2000S has encountered sulphide mineralization up to 250 metres beyond the previous resource boundary, nearly doubling the previously defined strike length of the zone and bringing it within 350 metres of the southern extent of Zone 147.

At Zone 147, hole CD-26-047 intersected 93.22 metres of 0.79% copper and 0.23 g/t gold (1.03% copper equivalent) from a vertical depth of 370 metres, including a 17.65-metre section grading 2.36% copper and 0.79 g/t gold (3.09% copper equivalent).

“The successful step-out drilling to the north of the 2000S Zone is extremely encouraging. These holes demonstrate the potential to meaningfully build on the existing Mineral Resource in close proximity to known mineralization,” said Graham Downs, President and CEO of Cascadia. “Drilling continues to step further north, testing the potential to close the gap between the 2000S and 147 zones. Drilling encountered mineralization 250 m north of the previous boundary of the mineral resource at Zone 2000S, nearly doubling the previously defined strike length of the zone, and coming within 350 m of mineralization of the south end of Zone 147. One drill will continue to test this area, while the second drill will be moving to Zone 14, following up on 2007 drilling that identified promising sulphide mineralization in a parallel raft. Drilling later this season will focus on testing the down dip extent of mineralization of the 1213 Zone as well as testing Zone A in the northern portion of the property, where high-grade mineralization was intersected in 1980.”

The ongoing 2026 exploration program has advanced to 20 completed holes totaling 10,651 metres out of a planned 15,000-metre campaign, building upon the 16 holes and 8,226 metres completed by the previous drill update.

Assays from five additional step-out holes at Zone 2000S, alongside results from several other holes across the property, remain pending and will be released upon receipt and compilation.
