Cavalier Resources Limited has selected SSH Group Ltd as its preferred mining services contractor for Stage 1 of the Crawford Gold Project, located approximately 20 kilometres east of Leonora in Western Australia.

Under a signed letter of intent, the proposed scope encompasses the mining services required for the Stage 1 oxide pit, with ore scheduled to be processed through the project’s planned on-site heap leach circuit. The arrangement is expected to cover approximately 12 months of active mining operations. Final commercial terms remain subject to due diligence, final pricing and benchmarking, Stage 1 funding, and the execution of a binding Heads of Agreement and Mining Services Agreement.

Site preparation and regulatory workstreams are progressing in parallel alongside contractor selection. Key site activities are now nearing completion, including road intersection and mining proposal approvals, alongside carbon services planning and Perth Mint refinement arrangements. These developments follow earlier site groundwork that focused primarily on access tracks and initial water bore drilling.

Concurrently, Cavalier is progressing its broader project financing arrangements with Javelin Global Commodities, with both parties agreeing to extend the conditions period by up to 30 days to finalise remaining documentation. The debt-backed funding build follows binding term sheets executed in July 2026 for approximately A$23 million in debt financing, comprising a US$13 million gold prepayment facility with Javelin and an A$5 million gold loan facility with Ottomin Pty Ltd.
