CDN Maverick Capital Corp. outlined its project-generator strategy and near-term catalysts, highlighting a 100%-owned, drill-permitted polymetallic target at its James Bay Project in Québec supported by historical SOQUEM drilling that intersected massive sulphides, including a 2.85-metre interval.

The James Bay portfolio comprises 1,046 active claims covering approximately 56,947.85 hectares across the Nottaway, Chabinoche and Poncheville groups, supplemented by 47 new mineral titles staked near the project between June 9 and June 19, 2026. Subsequent geophysical interpretation identified priority modelled conductors with conductivity of approximately 500 S/m, leading an independent NI 43-101 technical report to recommend electromagnetic and gravity surveys, hydrogeochemical work, and approximately 2,700 metres of diamond drilling following the receipt of drill permits in February 2026.

“Maverick continues to successfully execute a project-generator approach to amassing and advancing highly prospective projects; utilizing them to create and maximize value for shareholders. James Bay is our clearest near-term catalyst; the Project boasts historical sulphide intersections, recovered core, defined conductive targets, an independent technical roadmap, and we are drill-ready.”

— Sandy MacDougall, Executive Chairman

Alongside James Bay, the company is advancing the Rainbow Canyon Gold Project in Nevada's Olinghouse Mining District within the Walker Lane structural and metallogenic domain. Recent geophysics identified multiple prospective targets and reaffirmed that historic drilling may not have penetrated the most prospective areas of the property.

“We have a potentially significant gold system in one of the world's premier mining jurisdictions, with demonstrated high-grade mineralization, a large alteration footprint, historical exploration, and substantial exploration upside at a time when gold prices have fundamentally changed the economics of gold exploration”

— Sandy MacDougall, Executive Chairman

CDN Maverick is planning a near-term work program at Rainbow Canyon utilizing this recent geophysical data and interpretations. The company also maintains strategic investment holdings, including shares and warrants in Noram Lithium Corp., Kingman Minerals Ltd., and NOA Lithium Brines Inc.
