Churchill Resources Inc. has reported final assay results from its Spring 2026 core drilling and trenching program at the Black Raven Project in Central Newfoundland, highlighted by a project-best intercept at the Frost Cove North prospect.

Drillhole FC26-34, targeted on a gap in previous delineation drilling approximately 50 metres north of the historical shaft, intersected 19.23% antimony and 0.73 g/t gold over 1.40 metres. The intercept included a higher-grade interval of 56.20% antimony over 0.47 metres. The Spring campaign comprised 23 drillholes with a cumulative depth of 4,267 metres alongside extensive trenching, channel sampling, and soil work.

At the Pomley Cove Pond prospect, 14 holes totaling 2,979 metres expanded the gold-silver-molybdenum vein swarm and uncovered a new felsic volcanic complex associated with disseminated arsenopyrite and quartz-feldspar porphyry dykes. Drilling at the Peninsula Vein Swarm extended the mineralized strike length to at least 200 metres north. In addition, drillhole PC26-06 tested a soil anomaly and intersected broad chalcopyrite mineralization within a felsic breccia, grading 0.78% copper, 61.2 g/t silver, and 0.23 g/t gold over 6.22 metres, which included a 2.66-metre interval yielding 1.47% copper, 120.0 g/t silver, and 0.42 g/t gold.

The Black Raven Project encompasses the past-producing Frost Cove Antimony Mine and Stewart Gold Mine, which operated intermittently at the turn of the last century. Churchill appointed Tasheel Jeerh as Chief Executive Officer in May 2026 to lead the company's strategic focus on accelerating exploration for critical and strategic minerals in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Elsewhere in the regional district, FireFly Metals Ltd secured A$180 million through an equity raising and bought deal financing on August 26, 2026, to fund early project implementation and drilling at its Green Bay copper-gold project located within 50km of the project.

Following the current findings, Churchill plans a Fall 2026 drill program starting with the extension of holes PC26-03 and PC26-16 across the entirety of the Peninsula Vein Swarm, followed by systematic delineation work along strike. The company also intends to investigate the new copper-silver-gold prospect at Pomley Cove Pond through further trenching and drilling.
