CleanTech Closes CAD 290k Second Tranche In Private Placement

CleanTech Vanadium Mining Corp. has completed the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising gross proceeds of CAD 290,000 through the sale of 2,900,000 units priced at CAD 0.10 each.
Each unit delivered under the offering consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant. The warrants entitle holders to purchase an additional common share at a price of CAD 0.15 at any time on or before the three-year anniversary of issuance.
In connection with the closing, CleanTech issued 152,000 finder's units as finder's fees to certain finders. Each finder's unit comprises one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant exercisable to acquire one share at CAD 0.15 at any time on or before the 36-month anniversary of the date of issuance.
Proceeds generated from the offering are expected to be used for general working capital purposes.
The financing follows the company's initial private placement launch on August 20, 2026, which targeted gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000. CleanTech expects to complete additional tranches of the private placement moving forward.
CleanTech plans to submit mine permits for the Campbell-Crotser Fluorspar Project and processing plant by the end of 2026. CleanTech is currently trading at $0.115, up 4.55% on the day.
