Collective Mining Ltd. will release its inaugural Mineral Resource estimate for the Apollo system at the Guayabales Project in Caldas, Colombia, following the close of markets.

The company will host a webcast and conference call on September 9 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the resource estimate, key growth opportunities, and planned work programs. The presentation will be led by members of senior management and the technical team, including Executive Chairman Ari Sussman, Chief Executive Officer Ned Jalil, President Omar Ossma, Special Advisor David Reading, and Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations Eduardo Cervantes.

Ahead of the resource release, exploration across the property has advanced through approximately 102,000 metres of diamond drilling across multiple targets including Apollo, Trap, and Plutus. Planned work programs include expanding the newly discovered high-grade Ramp Zone along strike and to depth, drill testing the outcropping Shallow Halo Zone, drilling the recently granted license covering the northwestern extension of the Trap target, and testing a series of greenfield targets across the property.

Operational catalysts for the project include the commencement of construction on the exploration adit during the fourth quarter of 2026, backed by all required permits following the completion of the project access road. In addition, a comprehensive metallurgical test work program targeting material from the Apollo system's high-grade Ramp Zone at depth has results expected in the first half of 2027.
