Copper Quest Secures C$850,000 Financing Led By Cornerstone Investor

Copper Quest Exploration Inc. has agreed to complete a non-brokered, fully subscribed private placement to raise up to C$850,000 in gross proceeds.
The offering involves the issuance of up to 10,625,000 units priced at C$0.08 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one purchase warrant. The warrants carry an exercise price of C$0.13 and are valid for two years, though the expiry date is subject to acceleration if shares trade at or above C$0.30 for ten consecutive trading days.
The financing is led by the company’s largest strategic investor, Concept Capital Management Ltd. Closing of the placement is conditional on receipt of regulatory and other necessary approvals and is expected to take place on or before September 18, 2026. Proceeds are earmarked for ongoing exploration activities and general working capital requirements.
“We're grateful to have Concept Capital as a cornerstone investor into Copper Quest and thankful for their shared vision to grow shareholder value through the acquisition and advancement of multiple properties. This second strategic investment into Copper Quest adds another level of comfort for our shareholders through a strong treasury and working capital that allows the Company to expand its planned exploration and drilling operations for the 2026/27 seasons.”
— Brian Thurston, CEO
The capital injection coincides with active portfolio progression across Copper Quest's Canadian assets. The company recently received an exploration permit for its 100% owned Kitimat Copper-Gold Project in northwestern British Columbia. That milestone follows earlier plans announced in April 2026 to advance the Rip Copper-Molybdenum Project with a minimum 2,000-metre drill program.
