Corazon Mining Limited has advanced its district consolidation in Western Australia after receiving confirmation that Mineral Resources Ltd will not exercise rights of first refusal over the gold rights on tenements E15/1705 and E15/1721.

Following this confirmation, Corazon Mining and Dynamic Metals are working to complete the transaction on or before 2 October 2026. The agreement builds on Corazon's acquisition of the Chalice Gold Project from Westgold Resources, which delivered an initial JORC Mineral Resource of 191,000 ounces at 2.7 g/t gold.

The consolidated land position secures a continuous 40-kilometre greenstone corridor immediately north and south of the Chalice deposit. A review of historical drilling across the acquired ground has highlighted multiple high-grade gold intercepts, including 15 metres at 16.19 g/t gold from surface in hole WMR643, 2 metres at 41.31 g/t gold from 134 metres in WMC363, and 4 metres at 9.50 g/t gold from 52 metres in CHAA0899.

Corazon will incorporate the newly acquired tenure into its regional exploration strategy as it prepares to commence Phase 1 resource growth drilling at Chalice in the coming weeks.
