Corcel Seeks Up To $1.5M In Private Placement To Fund Exploration

Corcel Exploration Inc. has initiated a non-brokered private placement seeking gross proceeds of up to $1,500,000 to fund ongoing exploration and working capital requirements at its operations.
The financing involves the issuance of up to 15,000,000 units priced at $0.10 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant. Every whole warrant entitles the holder to acquire an additional common share at an exercise price of $0.20 over a 24-month period following the closing date.
The company expects the offering to close on or about September 30, 2026. Completion of the placement remains subject to customary closing conditions, including the receipt of required approvals from the Canadian Securities Exchange. Corcel may pay finder fees to eligible participants in line with regulatory policies. All securities issued under the placement will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and a day from the closing date.
The capital raise follows the recent completion of a Phase I diamond drilling program totalling 1,087 metres across six drill holes at the Yuma King project. Corcel holds the project in Arizona through a long-term lease agreement, covering a district-scale land position of 3,200 hectares across 515 unpatented federal mining claims.
