Core Lithium Ltd has produced its first spodumene concentrate from the recommissioned processing plant at the Finniss Lithium Operation in the Northern Territory.

The achievement is part of the staged restart of the operation, which is supported by a fully funded package comprising US$120 million in strategic funding from Glencore, InfraVia, and Nebari, alongside an equity raise. The milestone follows the recommencement of mining at the Grants Open Pit in May and the restart of crushing activities in August.

Production was achieved within six months of the Final Investment Decision and in line with Core’s September Quarter 2026 target. Targeted plant upgrades, including screen refurbishments and optimizations to the rolls crusher and tails thickener circuits, are designed to increase plant throughput capacity by approximately 20% to 1.2 million tonnes per annum.

The processing plant remains in the commissioning and optimisation phase as operations work toward reliable and sustained production.

The final stockpile transaction announced in September 2026 lifted total incremental revenue generated from lithium sales across calendar year 2026 to approximately A$38.5 million, up from the approximately A$28.5 million reported following the second fines sale in June 2026. Meanwhile, regional activity in the surrounding district has continued to expand, highlighted by a resource upgrade for the nearby Bynoe project in July 2026 that grew the Lei primary pegmatite resource to 5.22Mt at 1.50% Li₂O for 78.42kt of contained Li₂O.
