Core Silver Corp. and Arcus Development Group Inc. have mobilized crews, exploration gear and diamond drilling equipment to the Touleary Project, located approximately 115 km south of Dawson City, Yukon, with permits in hand for a 3,000-metre diamond drilling program.

Superior Diamond Drilling has been selected to complete the program, which will be managed and executed by Archer Cathro Ltd. Drilling will primarily focus on the Discovery Zone and surrounding areas, where historical 2011 drilling by the Arcus team returned significant polymetallic intercepts without subsequent follow-up. These historical results include hole TL-11-005, which intersected 2.25 metres grading 7.18% copper, 3.55 g/t gold, 4.30% zinc and 116 g/t silver from 115.62 metres.

“The Touleary Project is located in a proven exploration and development region within the Yukon Territory,” said Nick Rodway, President & CEO of Core Silver Corp. “The Project was first drilled by the Arcus team in 2011 where they hit significant polymetallic intercepts in all holes drilled. As a result of this, multiple additional high priority 'lookalike' targets were generated. Between the high potential exploration targets and newly proposed infrastructure in the area (specifically the Northern Access Route) this exploration season could be pivotal for Core Silver shareholders.”

Ahead of the drilling program, corporate integration steps continue following an all-share plan of arrangement agreement. On August 25, 2026, Arcus shareholders overwhelmingly approved the transaction, with 96.93% of the votes cast in favour. Under the terms of the arrangement, Core Silver will acquire all issued and outstanding common shares of Arcus on a one-for-one basis, with Arcus becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary upon completion.

The transaction remains subject to required stock exchange approvals and customary closing conditions. Assuming completion, Core Silver will direct its exploration focus toward the Touleary Project while maintaining its activities at the 114,074-hectare Blue Property in northwestern British Columbia, which hosts the Silver Lime CRD-Porphyry Project and Laverdiere Copper Project.
