Cosa Resources Corp. has intersected strong structure and alteration in all 13 drill holes completed during the summer program at the Murphy Lake North uranium project in Saskatchewan.

The 13-hole, 6,752-metre program evaluated the Cyclone trend across a 650-metre strike length, targeting unconformity positions while extending 400 metres west and 250 metres east of previous drilling. The work identified two prominent structures, designated the N-fault and S-fault, along the northern and southern edges of the Cyclone graphitic basement unit.

Drill hole MLN26-020C1 extended a zone of strong basement alteration 36 metres to the east. Subsequent assay data from the area indicate strong enrichment in uranium pathfinder elements, including nickel and cobalt. The zone remains open down dip and down plunge, while the N-fault and S-fault remain untested at the unconformity in several sections along strike.

Cosa operates the Murphy Lake North project as a joint venture, holding a 70% interest while Denison Mines Corp. holds the remaining 30% interest. In January 2025, Cosa entered into a strategic collaboration with Denison Mines, which acts as the company's largest shareholder and joint venture partner.

“We remain very encouraged by the potential at Murphy Lake North. Having previously confirmed the trend hosts uranium mineralization, summer drilling has significantly advanced our understanding of the geology in the immediate area. Highly prospective drill results paired with an abundance of open space emphasize our excitement and commitment to fully evaluating the Cyclone trend and multiple other strong target areas on the Project. With drilling expected to commence at both the Darby joint venture with Denison, and the Aurora project, we expect steady news flow for the remainder of 2026, followed by a return to MLN in early 2027. With $16 million in the treasury and support from our Joint Venture partner and largest shareholder, Denison Mines, the Company is well positioned and fully funded for additional drilling throughout 2027.”

Pending assay results from the summer program will guide further targeting ahead of a planned follow-up winter drilling campaign at the project in early 2027.
