Critica Limited has restated the Mineral Resource Estimate for its 100%-owned Mt Lindsay Tin-Tungsten Project in northwest Tasmania under the JORC Code (2012), delivering a project-wide inventory of 19 million tonnes at 1.09% tin equivalent.

The restated resource base supersedes historical estimates prepared under earlier editions of the JORC Code, establishing a current JORC 2012 foundation for the continued evaluation and advancement of the project. The inventory contains approximately 49 kilotonnes of tin and 28 kilotonnes of tungsten trioxide at a 0.4% tin equivalent cut-off.

The mineralisation is distributed across the Main and No.2, Livingstone, and Reward deposits. Indicated Resources total approximately 12 million tonnes containing approximately 31 kilotonnes of tin and 20 kilotonnes of tungsten trioxide, complemented by Inferred Resources across the project areas.

Critica CEO Jacob Deysel noted the strategic importance of the assets.

“Mt Lindsay is one of Australia's largest undeveloped tin-tungsten resources with both metals playing vital role in modern industry. Tungsten is a critical mineral with essential applications across defence, aerospace and advanced manufacturing, while tin is fundamental to electronics and semiconductors.”

— Jacob Deysel, CEO

The project benefits from more than 88,000 metres of completed diamond drilling, established road access, and connection to Tasmania's hydroelectric power network. Located approximately 20 kilometres west of the Renison Bell tin mine, Mt Lindsay forms part of Critica's broader critical minerals portfolio alongside the Jupiter rare earths project in Western Australia.

Critica appointed DRA Global in May 2026 to evaluate an underground development strategy for the Tasmanian asset. The ongoing Mt Lindsay Scoping Study is targeted for completion by the end of Q3 2026.
