Critical Elements Lithium Corporation has secured a place for its Rose Lithium-Tantalum Project in the Canada Investment Summit Prospectus, providing the development with direct visibility among international institutional investors.

The inaugural national investment forum takes place in Toronto on September 14–15, 2026. Hosted by Prime Minister Mark Carney in partnership with CPP Investments and PSP Investments, the two-day gathering convenes global investors, Canadian business leaders, and public-sector representatives. Participating investors collectively manage more than $100 trillion in assets, forming part of a broader federal effort to attract capital into strategic domestic industries and productive assets.

Chief Executive Officer Jean-Sébastien Lavallée has received a personal invitation from Prime Minister Carney to attend the summit’s welcome reception on September 13. The prospectus includes detailed project information and contact channels enabling interested institutional participants to engage directly with project proponents following the forum.

The inclusion arrives as Critical Elements continues development planning for the wholly-owned Québec asset. The company previously entered into a 20-year mining lease for the Rose project with the Québec Minister of Natural Resources and Forests in September 2023 under the Québec Mining Act, securing the legal rights required to mine mineral substances for the future operation.
