Critical One Energy Inc. (CRTL) has reported significant drill results from its Howells Lake project in Ontario, including a standout intercept of 27.35% antimony (Sb) over 4.17 metres in hole HWL-2026-007. The company confirmed that this high-grade mineralization occurs within an intrusive porphyry and extends from near-surface to the northeast. Additional shallow mineralization was identified in two other holes, including 3.1% Sb over 1.09 metres at a depth of 26 metres.

Visual observations from hole HWL-2026-016 further bolster these results, showing massive stibnite between 105.4 and 159 metres. This intercept sits approximately 70 metres from the recent high-grade drill locations, indicating the mineralized zone remains open to the northeast. These findings follow an initial phase of work that involved collaboration with the Eabametoong First Nation.

The discovery of near-pure stibnite across multiple holes has opened discussions regarding potential future output. The company noted that the nature of the mineralization may present opportunities for direct shipping ore to industrial and military buyers. Moving forward, the technical team plans to initiate expansion drilling at depth. This work is intended to test the continuity of the massive stibnite zone, further defining the scale of the mineralized footprint across the project area.
