Critical Resources Limited has consolidated its ground position at the Mavis Lake Lithium Project in Ontario, Canada, after its wholly owned subsidiary Canada Critical Resources Corp. staked additional mining claim cells covering approximately 40 hectares over the Red Hat gold target.

The newly staked claims are positioned along strike from the Red Hat mineralised system and contain historical diamond drill hole RH11-03. Compilation of historical exploration records indicates that RH11-03 intersected 9.174 g/t gold over a downhole interval of 1.2 metres from a depth of 133.8 metres. The historical result provides a focused target for geological review and field verification within a broader 14-kilometre east-west polymetallic trend hosted by felsic to intermediate volcanic rocks across the property.

No purchase consideration or vendor royalty is payable for the staking, aside from standard government claim-maintenance costs. The acquisition integrates the target area into a single exploration dataset alongside the company's existing lithium resources at the project.

The flagship Mavis Lake project is situated near Dryden in northwestern Ontario and currently hosts an Inferred Mineral Resource of 8.0 million tonnes at 1.07% lithium oxide. In May 2024, Critical Resources also announced a JORC-compliant Exploration Target of 18 million to 29 million tonnes at 0.8% to 1.2% lithium oxide across the wider project area.

The latest staking builds on the company's previous expansion of the Mavis Lake landholding to over 400 square kilometres, which was achieved through the addition of approximately 80 square kilometres of claims announced in November 2025.

Before determining further exploration steps, Critical Resources intends to validate the underlying historical records and accurately locate drill hole RH11-03. Subject to verification, permitting, seasonal access and internal priorities, planned follow-up work may encompass geological mapping, prospecting, surface geochemistry, geophysics and confirmation drilling.
