The results follow previous assays reaching 24.6 g/t Au at the historic Pambula Goldfield. The initial soil sampling program across Pambula and the Back Creek Pyrophyllite prospect is complete, with 1,390 soil samples collected. To date, the company has received 612 gold assays, while 114 samples are undergoing assaying and 664 samples are being prepared for analysis.

The program has outlined anomalous gold values across the Hidden Treasure, Hidden Treasure North, Pilot Fissure, Britisher, and Mt Gahan zones. Crossroads also completed an airborne LiDAR survey, identifying 122 adits, 115 shafts, 981 shallow prospecting pits, and 708 trenches. The company is integrating this data with the expanding geochemical dataset to refine targets ahead of planned drilling. Project owner Rox-ex Pty Ltd, acquired by Crossroads in May 2026, staked a new exploration and mining title application near the project in July 2026.

These latest results are excellent by any standard and, importantly, demonstrate that the high-grade gold-in-soil results we have seen at Pambula are not isolated occurrences. We now have multiple very high-grade gold-in-soil assays of up to 24.6 g/t Au, together with numerous spatially associated anomalous (>0.1 g/t Au) samples across several areas of the historic goldfield.

In the United States, Crossroads announced that its common shares are now eligible for electronic clearing and settlement through the Depository Trust Company. The company’s shares trade on the OTCQB Venture Market under the symbol CRGCF.

Achieving DTC eligibility is a significant step forward for Crossroads, as it simplifies trading for our U.S. investors and expands access to a broader audience. DTC eligibility removes a key point of friction for U.S. investors.

Following the evaluation of the full geochemical dataset, Crossroads plans to conduct follow-up infill and extension soil sampling to refine anomaly footprints prior to executing maiden and subsequent drilling programs. Drilling will prioritize the interpreted intersection of the Hidden Treasure and Pilot Fissure structures.
