CZR Resources Ltd has intersected significant gold mineralisation at the Croydon Gold Project in Western Australia’s Pilbara region, returning deep diamond drill intercepts from Top Camp alongside broad aircore results from the Western and Eastern blocks.

The company completed four diamond holes at Top Camp to provide structural data below earlier reverse circulation drilling. Initial assays from hole 26TCDD004 returned 7.7 metres at 2.09 grams per tonne gold from 205.30 metres, including 0.8 metres at 6.55 grams per tonne gold from 125.85 metres. The intervals lie within a quartz-carbonate-pyrite-galena vein hosted in carbonate-altered sandstone at the bottom edge of an interpreted northward-plunging high-grade shoot. Assays for the remaining three diamond holes remain pending and are expected over the next month.

At Frank's Patch within the Western Block, aircore drilling tested a 500-metre section of a 2,000-metre long gold-in-soil anomaly. The program completed 53 holes through minimal soil cover into a stripped regolith profile, returning 19 significant gold intercepts above a 0.1 gram per tonne cutoff. Best results included 14 metres at 0.61 grams per tonne gold from 4 metres, with a 4-metre higher-grade sub-interval assaying 1.35 grams per tonne gold, and 2 metres at 1.03 grams per tonne gold from 5 metres at the end of hole 26FPAC042. Bottom-of-hole multi-element geochemistry showed elevated pathfinder elements including arsenic, molybdenum, zinc, and antimony.

Meanwhile, reconnaissance aircore drilling across 161 holes at Baskerville in the Eastern Block tested regional granitoid contacts beneath shallow alluvial cover. The program delivered anomalous intercepts above 100 parts per billion, highlighted by 8 metres at 0.22 grams per tonne gold from 12 metres in hole 26BAAC048. CZR noted that the intercept sits at the contact zone of a regional granitoid displaying sanukatoid geochemical affinities.

CZR holds the Croydon Gold Project approximately 50 kilometres from Northern Star's Hemi Gold deposit. Elsewhere in the Pilbara district, recent drilling at the Mt York project yielded 5 metres at 7.91 grams per tonne gold from 29 metres. In its broader portfolio, the company has also lodged a Mining Lease application for the Buddadoo Vanadium-Titanium-Magnetite Project and is developing a project plan to guide future work.
