CZR Resources has intersected new gold mineralisation at the Top Camp and Bottom Camp prospects within its Croydon Gold Project in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, pushing known strike extents past 900 metres and 700 metres respectively.

Final assays from the Phase 1 reverse circulation drilling program at Top Camp traced the main mineralised structures over an additional 200 metres of strike to the north-east across 30 completed holes. Meanwhile, an eight-hole reverse circulation program totaling 1,447 metres at Bottom Camp tested a 700-metre strike extent featuring a gold-arsenic soil anomaly.

Notable intercepts from Bottom Camp include 1 metre at 6.37 g/t gold from 44 metres and 4 metres at 2.72 g/t gold from 135 metres in hole 26BCRC004, alongside 4 metres at 4.36 g/t gold from 142 metres in hole 26BCRC006. CZR noted that these results stem from 4-metre composite samples, and re-split sampling of 1-metre intervals is currently underway.

Drilling across the Martin and Murph prospects tested granitoid contacts and pathfinder geochemistry. At Martin, hole 26MMRC003 intersected 3 metres at 0.69 g/t gold from 229 metres along the contact zone within an altered granitoid phase enriched in arsenic, bismuth, molybdenum and tungsten.

The company originally discovered shallow high-grade gold at Top Camp and Bottom Camp during 2019-2020 drilling campaigns.

Assays are currently pending for an extensive aircore drilling program completed across areas of cover targeting Hemi-style mineralisation. Heritage surveys are also underway to clear the Martin copper-gold-zinc prospect, where initial drilling will commence following receipt of clearance.
