Decade Resources Ltd. has intersected porphyry-style copper mineralization in the first drill hole of its Phase I campaign at the Bonaparte copper-gold property in British Columbia.

The opening hole, DDH 1, reached a total depth of 621.6 metres. It was collared to test a high chargeability anomaly located approximately 50 kilometres north of Kamloops. The hole encountered surface diorite and feldspar porphyry, transitioning into propylitic alteration from 252.1 to 452 metres, potassic alteration from 421 to 557 metres, and mineralized feldspar porphyry containing chalcopyrite and occasional molybdenite to the end of the hole.

Mineralization remains open at depth. The intersection matches a buried porphyry model proposed by British Columbia Geological Survey geologists in 2013, which suggested that high-grade gold veins previously explored at the surface in the Discovery area could represent the upper levels of a larger underlying system.

Decade acquired the right to earn an 80% undivided interest in the Bonaparte property in October 2025 through an option agreement requiring staged share issuances. The property hosts multiple targets, including porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum potential, high-grade gold-copper epithermal veins, and a bulk-tonnage reduced intrusion-related gold system target.

Core sampling is underway, with assays from DDH 1 to be processed by MSA Labs in Langley, British Columbia. Assay results from a July soil sampling survey consisting of over 750 soil samples and 30 rock samples also remain pending. Elsewhere in the Kamloops district, initial diamond drilling results from the Rabbit North property released in August 2026 included 18.8 metres averaging 2.57 g/t gold.
