Defiance Silver Corp. intersected 0.31 metres grading 990.00 g/t silver and 0.28 g/t gold within a broader 1.40-metre interval of 221.00 g/t silver at the San Acacio resource area of the Zacatecas project in Mexico.

The latest assay results cover holes DDSA-26-89 through DDSA-26-92. Hole DDSA-26-91A also returned a 24.00-metre interval grading 9.43 g/t silver, 0.27 g/t gold, 0.26 percent lead, and 1.03 percent zinc from 347.94 metres, which included a 1.49-metre section grading 41.74 g/t silver and 1.38 g/t gold.

Further north in the property block, hole DDSA-26-90 intersected 0.34 metres grading 735.00 g/t silver from 353.58 metres within a 1.79-metre zone of 148.97 g/t silver and 0.12 g/t gold. Hole DDSA-26-89 returned 2.75 metres of 118.94 g/t silver from 42.25 metres in the central block, testing the Veta Grande vein system between historical open pits. Hole DDSA-26-91 was terminated early after deviating significantly from its target pierce point.

The ongoing diamond drilling campaign has completed 6,132 metres across 21 holes in the resource area. Defiance completed an additional 4,064 metres of drilling to test targets in the Lucita South area, including the Palenque vein system, with assay results pending.

Defiance completed its final option payment through its subsidiary Minera Santa Remy S.A. on July 8, 2026, securing a 100 percent ownership interest in the San Acacio property. The Mexican Secretariat of Environment and Natural Resources approved an environmental authorization on March 11, 2026, permitting the construction of up to 44 new drill pads and 35 access roads across the project.

Assay results from the San Acacio drilling are being integrated into an upcoming Mineral Resource Estimate for the Zacatecas project, with delivery expected in 2026.
