Delta Appoints Zach Flood and Joseph C. Milbourne to Board and Awards Options

Delta Resources Limited has appointed mineral exploration veteran Zach Flood and experienced metallurgist Joseph C. Milbourne to its board of directors and technical committee.

Mr. Flood co-founded Kenorland Minerals Ltd. and serves as Executive Chairman of Koulou Gold Corp. Mr. Milbourne brings over 50 years of metallurgical expertise, having held senior roles with Troilus Mining, Eldorado Gold, and Cominco. Both directors join Delta's technical committee, headed by Dr. Kevin B. Heather.

Delta is advancing its flagship Delta-1 Gold Project in Ontario, spanning 340 square kilometres and hosting the Eureka Gold Deposit. An upcoming drilling program begins later in August 2026 and is planned to run into 2027.

Alongside these appointments, Delta granted 2,100,000 stock options to management, directors, and employees, exercisable at $0.245 for five years and vesting over 24 months with 25% vesting every six months.
