Diablo Resources Limited has completed its acquisition of Antler Resources LLC, securing an 80% interest in 101 unpatented claims and option rights over 101 patented claims at the Horn Silver Project in Beaver County, Utah.

Following the transaction, Diablo will now exercise the option over patented claims 3 to 5 within the project area, with all conditions precedent under the option agreement satisfied. The 13.2-square-kilometre project hosts the historic Horn Silver Mine, which has past production of approximately 17 million ounces of silver and 30,000 ounces of gold at reported grades of 604 g/t silver and 1.04 g/t gold.

The acquisition consolidates a district-scale footprint located approximately 15 kilometres from the company's existing Star Range project. Diablo completed a A$3.5 million placement in July 2026 to fund ongoing exploration across both Utah assets.
