Dreadnought Intersects 18m at 0.8g/t Au in Air Core Drilling at Illaara

Dreadnought Resources Ltd has received final assays from a 493-hole air core drilling program totaling approximately 35,000 metres at the 100% owned Illaara Gold Project in Western Australia’s Yilgarn region.

The wide-spaced program was designed to test for broad-scale anomalism across mineralised corridors within the greenstone belt. Final results identify 13 distinct gold mineralised corridors ranging from roughly 1.5 to over 7 kilometres in strike, supported by strong orogenic gold pathfinders including silver, arsenic, molybdenum, antimony, tellurium, and tungsten.

Significant intercepts returned from the drilling include 18 metres at 0.8 grams per tonne gold from 36 metres to the end of hole in hole ILAC0483, including 3 metres at 1.8 grams per tonne gold from 51 metres. Additional intercepts include 21 metres at 0.3 grams per tonne gold from surface in hole ILAC0139 and 6 metres at 0.4 grams per tonne gold from 117 metres to the end of hole in hole ILAC0458.

Dreadnought notes that the first-pass program has tested roughly 10% of the greenstone belt to date.

It is a fast, relatively low-cost way to drill through the deep weathered soil and rock that covers most of the Yilgarn, so we can sample the fresher rock underneath and see whether it has the alteration that often accompanies gold or related elements.

The wide-spaced air core program has identified over 40 kilometres of prospective mineralised corridors, allowing Dreadnought to narrow its operational focus from nearly 60 square metres of drilled greenstone belt down to a priority footprint of 5 to 10 square metres for follow-up work.

Metallurgical testwork previously conducted on composite samples from the Metzke's Find deposit within the Illaara landholding demonstrated combined gravity and carbon-in-leach recoveries averaging 98.9%.

A follow-up infill air core drilling program at the Black Oak and CRA-Homestead prospects is scheduled to commence in August 2026 to define specific targets for reverse circulation drilling. Further first-pass air core drilling in new areas across the Illaara project is scheduled to begin in September and October 2026.
