E3 Lithium Ltd. has positioned its Clearwater project for global institutional capital after securing selection for the Canada Investment Summit Prospectus.

The curated portfolio presents investment-ready Canadian assets to international investors, strategic partners, and allied governments ahead of the summit scheduled for September 14 and 15, 2026, in Toronto, Ontario. Clearwater sits within Alberta’s Bashaw District, where the company holds 16.2 million tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent in measured and indicated mineral resources. The project is designed with a Stage 1 capacity targeting 12,000 tonnes of lithium carbonate per year.

Concurrently, E3 Lithium has formed a Strategic Advisory Group to guide capital allocation, project financing, and transaction execution as the asset advances toward a final investment decision. The advisory panel brings together industry leaders Chris Slubicki, Dr. Mike Dixon, and Kyle Rousay.

The company commissioned Phase 1 of its demonstration facility in late 2025 and successfully commissioned Phase 2 in June 2026. Permitting activities are also underway, following the submission of an environmental protection application in December 2025 and a facility licence application in January 2026. Front-end engineering and design work and feasibility studies continue alongside these regulatory steps as the company works toward commercialisation.

“Inclusion in the Canada Investment Summit Prospectus recognizes that Clearwater is a project getting ready to be built,” said Chris Doornbos, CEO & Chair of E3 Lithium. “The maturation of the technology and engineering continues to demonstrate that the lithium resources in Alberta contain significant value, and producing battery ready products on site supports Canada’s initiative to supply the global battery and energy ecosystem. We are proud to represent Canada and Alberta’s lithium at this event. In line with E3’s progression and maturation, our new advisory group will be instrumental in supporting our strategy development and delivering on our goals.”
