E79 Gold Mines Limited has secured the grant of key prospecting licences at the Cue Gold Project in Western Australia, clearing the path for an initial drilling campaign slated to begin in late October.

The newly granted tenements encompass the project's advanced exploration targets at Ada and Chloe. E79 Gold acquired the Cue Gold Project through its 90%-owned subsidiary Cue Metals Pty Ltd following the formal exercise of an option agreement in December 2025. Prior to scheduling the upcoming drilling campaign, the company completed a high-resolution ground gravity survey across the project that identified over 40 drill targets.

A heritage survey has now been booked for early October across more than 10,000 metres of planned air-core and Reverse Circulation drilling. The program will target cross-cutting structural corridors within prospective host rocks.

“We are excited to be progressing towards drilling in October, which will be the first drill program at the Cue Gold Project in more than three decades. With more than 250 drill holes planned for over 10,000 metres, we believe this program has the potential to unlock significant value and further define compelling gold targets for follow-up exploration.” — Ned Summerhayes, CEO

The formal grant of the prospecting licences also satisfies the milestone conditions required to issue 14,285,715 deferred consideration shares to the project vendors, subject to shareholder approval. A Programme of Works application has been submitted for the new ground to cover pad and access clearing, while earthworks are arranged to commence immediately following the October heritage survey.
