EagleOne Metals Corporation has appointed Shane Lowry as interim chief executive officer and director, spearheading a renewed corporate focus on uranium opportunities alongside the explorer's existing portfolio.

Mr. Lowry brings more than 25 years of capital markets experience, with a recent focus on uranium exploration and development. Founder and former chief executive officer Matthew Markin has transitioned to chief financial officer while remaining on the board. Barry Wattenberg has stepped down as chief financial officer and continues as a director, while Robert Reukl has resigned from the board.

The executive changes accompany a broader strategic shift toward the nuclear fuel sector. EagleOne previously completed the acquisition of a 100% interest in the Poison Springs Uranium Project in Utah in March 2026 for US$50,000.

"We are entering an important new phase for EagleOne. As we continue to advance our existing portfolio, we are also placing renewed strategic emphasis on uranium and the opportunities emerging within the sector."

"I am very pleased to welcome Shane as Interim Chief Executive Officer and a Director. His recent focus on uranium, combined with his extensive capital markets experience, transactional background and cross-border relationships, brings capabilities that are closely aligned with this next phase of EagleOne's development."

The board has also reconstituted its audit committee to comprise Howard Blank as chair alongside Robert Hall and Mr. Lowry.
